The stay was enjoyable with a beautifully spacious honeymoon suite, featuring clean linens and a pleasant ambiance. The staff were quite accommodating and eager to help, ensuring my needs were met. Breakfast offered was satisfactory with decent options to start the day well.
The fireplace in the room emitted smoke inside, which was a concern.

gorgeous venue but needs minor improvements
The scenic view from the luxury suite was stunning , especially enjoying breakfast on the terrace. I loved the spaciousness of the room – it gave us plenty of space to relax and unwind. The gardens were beautifully maintained, providing a tranquil setting for a morning stroll.
Some amenities felt slightly outdated, which affected the overall freshness of the room.

We had a fantastic stay with our two teenagers! The pool area was lovely, and the staff organized a wonderful wine tram excursion for us around Franschhoek. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, which was a big hit for our family.
My wife says that the dining options could use improvement.

great experience with a few minor issues
The breakfast made to order was outstanding! ! Fresh fruit and the espresso options impressed me greatly. I also loved the spacious suite with high ceilings and a serene view of the lavender fields from my balcony. The gardens were meticulously maintained, making it a joy to stroll through them each morning.
While the ambiance was lovely, the room did show some signs of aging.

Stayed in a Suite for 2 nights, and the room was very spacious with high ceilings and clean sheets. Loved the cozy vibe and the views of the lavender fields from the private patio! The air conditioning was well-placed, not directly over the bed, which I appreciated. Just wish the room felt a little fresher and more updated since it seemed a bit tired in spots.

Charming Stay with Helpful Staff
We enjoyed a peaceful 1-night stay just outside the town, with lovely views of lavender fields and mountains. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cooked options. Staff provided great recommendations for nearby vineyards. Bring water as it wasn't always available in the room.
